Our client contract consists of a Terms of Engagement letter and our Terms of Business.
If at any time a client believes that we have failed to maintain the high standards that we set ourselves, we encourage the client to raise any concern with us. If, having taken up the matter with the relevant Supervising Partner, the client remains concerned, the client may institute a formal complaint which will be handled in accordance with our complaints policy.
