Jon Legorburu is responsible for the dispute resolution team at Wollastons. He regularly advises domestic and overseas clients on complex and high value disputes.
Before joining Wollastons in 2004 Jon worked for leading City firms Slaughter & May and Travers Smith Braithwaite. His particular areas of interest include intellectual property, computer and software contracts, and construction and engineering disputes. He has a strong track record of resolving disputes without the need for legal proceedings and has established a national reputation for representing service recipients in disputes against IT suppliers.
Jon is a member of The Anti-Counterfeiting Group and The Society for Computers & Law. He is also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand.
