Jim Little joined Wollastons in 1990 and is highly regarded for his expertise in Planning Law. He is a former barrister and held senior positions in local government administration for over 17 years.
Jim was Chief Executive to Dunmow RDC before going into private practice in 1973. He is the author of 'Planning Controls and their Enforcement' now in its 7th edition. Jim also lectured on Planning Law at Anglia Ruskin University for seven years.
