Joanne Goobey joined Wollastons from a leading City practice in May 2008. She has extensive experience in the area of commercial landlord and tenant disputes. She also has experience of acting for commercial landlords and tenants across a range of real estate investments including developers, retailers and individuals. Jo regularly advises on lease renewals and large development disputes including access, rights of way and rights of light and on a range of other landlord and tenant matters including enforcement actions for breach of lease covenants, break clauses, dilapidations claims, forfeiture and related insolvency issues
