Matthew qualified in 1996 and joined Wollastons in 2001. He deals with a broad range of commercial and insolvency disputes, and heads up our debt recovery team.
On the commercial side, Matthew's recent experiences include product liability claims in the Technology and Construction Court, partnership disputes and shareholder disputes, including injunction proceedings against a former director of a client company. Matthew also has extensive experience of contractual and insurance related disputes.
On the insolvency side, Matthew advises insolvency practitioners as well as directors, creditors and debtors on claims and other contentious issues that arise in insolvencies.
