Louise trained at a mid-sized London firm then joined Wollastons two years after qualifying where she stayed for four years. She left to join a City firm to gain more property development experience and re-joined Wollastons in 2009.
Louise acts for a wide variety of clients in all real estate areas. She specialises in retail leasehold transactions, property development (acting for landowners and developers) and assisting on the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
Louise has considerable experience dealing with complex and unique transactions. She was recently appointed by the Competition Commission as legal adviser to the Divestiture Trustee with the task of overseeing Tesco's sale of a half built supermarket site in Slough to a competitor.
