Chris is a solicitor who joined Wollastons in 2007. He has experience of a broad range of commercial disputes, with particular expertise of intellectual property disputes, including those relating to trade marks, passing off, patents, copyright, designs, database right and confidential information. Chris also has experience in defamation.
Chris adopts a commercial approach to resolving disputes, usually achieving resolution without the need to resort to litigation (through direct negotiation, mediation or other forms of ADR). Where necessary, however, Chris has the knowledge and expertise to pursue or defend claims through the Courts.
In addition to his contentious practice, Chris is well equipped to advise in relation to commercial matters relating to intellectual property.
