Patrick Gass is a solicitor in our Employment practice. He joined Wollastons as a trainee in 2005 having read law at the University of Nottingham. He has specialised in employment law since qualifying in 2007. He routinely advises both employers and employees in all areas of employment law.
He is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious work. As well as advising companies on a wide range of issues, such as restructuring and redundancies, he also acts for individual clients, who, for example, have workplace issues that need resolving, or who wish to bring employment claims in the Employment Tribunal.
He has particular expertise in dealing with the employment issues that arise in business sales and also in the application of the complex discrimination legislation
Patrick is a regular speaker on employment law issues and in conjunction with other colleagues in our Employment practice regularly delivers external and in-house seminars to business owners and HR managers.
