Richard Cooke leads the Construction, Engineering and Projects team at Wollastons. For a number of years Richard was partner in a City law firm's leading construction team. He has also worked as in-house Counsel to a large international contractor, and worked in-house with a substantial public sector infrastructure client.
He has broad experience of most aspects of the industry, across a variety of industry sectors. Richard has experience of some of the largest projects in the UK and internationally. He represents clients from all sides of the industry and his work includes helping clients structure projects, procurement, and contract documentation; helping guide parties through difficulties arising on live contracts; and handling disputes under all forums when they arise.
